Bit of a rough road getting everything up and running.  The new card would POST fine, but the system would lock if I tried to boot Windows 2000.  Pretty much a boot-time Blue Screen of Death without the blue screen.  XP64 would boot fine and installed drivers OK, so the hardware had to be good.  Long story short, I had to reinstall Windows 2000.
